Samsung is expected to launch several smartphones in various budget segments in 2020. These phones will be found in the midst of the company's various line-ups, including Galaxy M, A and flagship S series phones.

While we have already heard rumors about the devices we are seeing as part of the S and M line-up, there is also news about the Galaxy A series, according to a report published by 91Mobiles Apart from two new smartphones, the Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71 will be seen next week. The report has also put a question mark on the pricing of both the devices before the launch and it has been claimed that both phones will be above the Rs 20,000 mark in the Indian market.

To remind our readers, the new Galaxy A series of smartphones were first seen in December when they were launched by Samsung in Vietnam. The global availability of the phone was also revealed last week. However, his India release date remains a mystery - at least officially.

According to 91Mobiles, the pricing strategy of the Galaxy A51 in India will see its entry variant retail for Rs 22,990. As opposed to the global variant in India, it will bring 6GB + 128GB of RAM and storage configuration with it. It is also unclear whether Samsung will launch the 8GB RAM version of the device in India.

The A71, on the other hand, is going to be slightly more expensive and will be deployed by Samsung as a device that fights for the upper end of the mid-segment. The report has claimed that the price of Galaxy A71 in India will start from Rs 29,990 in 6 GB + 128 GB variants. There will also be another model with 8GB + 128GB configuration. However, the report falls short of confirming whether Samsung will also bring it to India later.

As per the specifications, the device is expected to bring the same hardware as seen on global versions. As such, the Indian model of the Galaxy A51 will feature a 6.5-inch FHD + Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with a focused punch-hole cutout.

Under the hood, there will be a 2.3GHz octa-core Exynos 9611 processor with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage - up to 512GB expandable via a microSD card. The smartphone will be available in three colors, Prism Crush Black, White, Blue and Pink.

The phone will also have a quad-camera setup, with a 5-megapixel macro lens, a 12-megapixel wide-angle lens, and a 5-megapixel lens for depth sensing. Keeping the device running will be a 4WmAh battery with support for 15W fast charging.

On the other, the more premium A71 will get a larger focused punch-hole 6.7-inch FHD + Super AMOLED display. The chipset that runs the device will be a 2.2GHz octa-core processor with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage for storage expandability. The Samsung Galaxy A71 Prism Crush comes in Black, Silver, Blue and Pink color options.

For cameras, the Samsung Galaxy A71 will bring a 64-megapixel lens-based quad-camera set-up with a 5-megapixel depth sensor, a 5-megapixel macro lens, and a 12-megapixel wide-angle lens. .
